The 'Moss' Scott High Performance Crankcase

The Moss crankcase is made from heat treated LM25TF aluminium and features a large inlet tract suitable for the Moss 38mm carburettor if required. This requires the flywheel to be reduced slightly in diameter but not to such a degree as effects vibration. 

The Crankcase casting also differs in the inclusion of stuffing blocks to increase Crankcase Compression.

The Crankcase comes complete with standard ball race main bearings, doors and seals plus spare pair of seals.  Please note that some dimensions differ from standard in order to accommodate a 640cc aluminium block.  Special versions can be made to suit a standard Scott iron block on request.
